Review: The New Pilot Sport 4 SUV Tires By Michelin

A look at the streets or a brief analysis of sales figures clearly shows that SUVs are a thing. Lately, the tire manufacturer Michelin (and No. 1 gourmet guide) presents the new Pilot Sport 4 SUV tires, which was developed together with the most demanding manufacturers – tailor-made for all those who like to travel with space and comfort.

Performance SUVs are a growing business

Lamborghini’s sales increased to 5,750 vehicles worldwide in 2018, the reason is quickly explained: the Lamborghini Urus.* The Italian vehicle manufacturer is thus proving another phenomenon: performance SUVs are recording growing demand. For vehicles with more power, issues such as safety and longevity must also be taken into account. This makes it all the more important, that the right tire is used.

Our test drive in Portugal

Our goal is no less than the south of Portugal: the city of Lisbon with its pastel-colored houses, narrow streets and artistic corners, so wonderfully nestled at the shore of the Tejo river.

The sun is shining, spring temperatures are pleasantly warm and our trip with the new Pilot Sport 4 SUV tires from Michelin is on the agenda. The Jaguar F-Pace is ready and we have quite an adventure ahead of us: it will take us across picturesque bridges, endless coastal roads and through the historic old town of Lisbon.
